The silage pit and cattle court are both steel portal frame buildings, each supported by pad foundations. The lateral load of the silage pit is supported by horizontally spanning, precast reinforced concrete push walls, accompanied by prestressed concrete panels. The cattle court features a bedded cattle court, along with raised scrape and feed passages.
