Brand new state of art Service Centre

The service centre project involved the construction of a 2,753m² warehouse area, a 1,000m² office area, a 276m² parts storage area, and a 22,500m² external concrete yard, as well as a separate 170m² environmental station building. The service centre consisted of a steel-framed, L-shaped building with single-storey workshop areas at each end, while the office and parts storage were located in a two-storey corner of the building. The building also housed a 2-tonne SW overhead gantry crane, four inspection pits, a wash bay, and other amenities.
